I noticed that I had a charge on my card from avatnet.net and I checked into it and found that it was a fraud and I would like to have my money transfered back into my account

To whom it may concern,

I was looking at my college account to see how much money I had left in my account and noticed that there was a decution from avatnet.net and I know that I have not made any such thing from this known site. This is my college account and I use if for just that! I would like to have my money returned to me with the damages that I have suffered.
