The owners and family members associated are crooks currently being investigated by the FBI, State Attorney General, IRS and Bankruptcy courts. This company has a long list of Criminal and Civil judgements against them. They demand cash up front, then when people try to sue them in court to get their money back they file bankruptcies. They also switch company names and ownerships frequently to avoid prosecution. Victims have included the elderly, and even one ex-police officer with five small children.
A Better Business Bureau Report will show them with a satisfactory rating.
The owners, Robert Ted and Elizabeth Ann Pritchard go by the aliases Ted Pritchard, Robert Pritchard, Ann Pritchard, and Ann Baker. Other family members are involved with the business as well. These individuals have prior Criminal filings for assaults and for drug use. They have migrated all over the state of Pennsylvania with the rest of their family. Confirmed locations have been Butler, PA, Chestnut Ridge, PA, Uniontown, PA, Fairchance, PA, as well as other cities. They also own rental properties.
So far the PA court system has had a difficult time nailing them as they tend to operate in a manner that circumvents the law. Unfortunately for them, not for long. The investigation process is well under way by the above-mentioned agencies. More information from other victims would be very helpful in the investigation.
We hired this company to put a central air conditioning unit in our home. Not only was it never installed, thecompany refused to give our $2037.50 back. I won my Civil judgement in court, they filed bankruptcy. My struggle continues, as I am now pursuing Mr. Robert Ted Pritchard in Criminal Court for fraud.
