Lost school records

I've been looking to get my college documents for that college i joined in 1985. I graduated in the National Institute of Engineering which in turn turned the National Education Center. They're currently part if Everette Start and also the Thompson Learning Center.in march these were ready to locate my documents however now they could not. I've been coping with a Viccky Mckinny at their workplace in Ky Their telephone number is 859-524-5351 I have to understand what motion I will get against them. I want these documents foer employment using the Experienced Administrator. I've delivered them a duplicate of my degree plus they explained they've an archive of me joining the college but can't find my documents.
