My concirns w / this company are now long standing and ongoing. Primarily they target the poor. Whenever a Travelers Express money order is lost or stolen they, Trav/Exp, have elaborite scheems to put that money in there own pockets and even charge the customer extra on the pretext that they will attempt to recover there dollars. They got me for almost $500.
