Applyed for a guaranteed credit card. For a one time fee of $189.00. That would be refunded if i was not statisfied. And i was suppost to recive it in the mail in 30 days. That was april 2nd 2003 now it is may 26th and still no credit card and no refund. They just keep giveing me the run around. At the time i had applyed for the credit card my address was 7931 sunnyside ave san bernardino, ca 92410. I'm sure no one else has gotten a hold of the card. All i want is to get my money back now. Please help!
