The $417 RipOff! Consumer fraud ripoff

Last April I tried to get my finances in order by moving some of my higher interest rate credit cards into lower rated ones... Zyber sent me a package and I applied by paying $417 from one of my high interest rate cards... They said that they would pay me the money back if I found 3 companies which declined me... Well, I found 5 companies which declined: I faxed them 5 times, sent them fed express about 3 times and called them umpteen times... Nothing

Got nothing for $417.00 dollars... Ripped off big time... Fraudulent consumer activity... Zyber Tours is a BIG RIP OFF!!!
