After almost 12 months of communication with Barrie Maher, a lady from Tri-Steel, I paid for two house frames, in total, (almost $40,000) in May and was promised delivery in August. Nothing arrived and after many false promises I was contacted by Jon Reynolds, the CEO, but only after I said I was reporting the matter to the Dallas Police Fraud Squad. Jon gave me and my investors lots of empty promises and in July put a blocker on my email address and would not talk to me on the phone. As I live in Panama it was very difficult to do anything. I have been in contact with a two former Regional Area Directors for Tri-Steel who have also been ripped off. I have ben told that there were a lot of people in the same situation but Tri-steel have managed to shut a lot of them up just before they get to court. Why don't we start a class action on these people? Is there any course we can take? I am an Australian who is living in Panama so I am not conversant with Texas law procedures.
