In September I was in my 2nd week of training. I had never driven or was I given any instruction on how to a stick shift transmission. On the third day my instructor wanted me to get in truck drive onto I55 thru construction traffic. Told instructor I wasn't ready to do this, he told me I shouldn't be in this school amd should find a another line of work! After we returned to their main yard and I talked to the person running the school and told him this wasn't working out! I was promised a refund of at least $1000 if I dropped out of their training program.
After numerous calls to their refund department at the main office in Murfreesboro, TN and back to the school at Channahon, IL I received a letter stating that not only that I wasn't getting a refund but that I was now being charged a fee of $1500 for lodging and a DOT physical. The School Catalog cleary states that these fees are included in the total program cost of $5995. I have made several attempts to get my refund to no avail!
