These ads have been on for books on dieting, debt cures, things doctors won't tell you. This is either a horribly managed company or a very smart way of bilking much money for books and cd's that never come. The postal rates were exorbitant and promised instead of 3-5 weeks delivery (!!!), pay double the potage for 3-5 day delivery.
It is now going into 3 weeks. Nothing to be seen. Phone number on credit card statement gave one of their addresses and phone numbers.
Representative at this number gave a hookey story about locating mechandise, packaging, then processing to mail, take more than and up to 10 days.
When the order was placed, I was not allowed to place phone order without letting it be recorded. If I refused. No order would be taken.
The whole thing has been a nightmare!!!
Had heard some things thru various sources, that this person was not so on the up and up.
I guesss it must be true.
Call your credit card Co. Or bank and raise cain. They will take action. Do not wait too long, being the long suffering consumer waiting in vain, as prescribed by the representative when you call about your merchandise. Be like a dog with a bone. Don't let go till you have your goods and/or your monies/with interest paid to credit card banks returned to you.
Get mad. Do something. Thank you to complaints!
