Angel Star, Millenium Plus, Horizon Technologies = Corrupt, Deceptive, Fraudulent scheme to bilk you out of money, nothing else! Ripoff

I joined Horizon Technologies in Jan of after numerous calls to their salesman after receiving their mailer. Within days of joining, an "advertising rep" called to let me know of their ad campaign which generates "90% of the company's sales" and would be the easiest, most efficient way to "jump start the business."

Nightly calls over 1 1/2 weeks finally made me decide to join: 9000 mailers @ 750/month w/a certificate of mailing and addresses after each mailing for a year. A preliminary card would be sent to me (mid-Feb) for my approval. All this for $9900.

March comes and NO postcard, no mailing certificate, nothing. I called Horizon Tech to speak with the ad rep and was told "he was fired due to a drug abuse problem." When asking as to who took over his accounts, I was told "no one."

I contacted the rep on his private number and he said "charge back your credit card immediately, the ad program's a total scam." Learning of this, I decided to tape record ALL further conversations with this guy and have been amazed at this company's sleazy track record. (As an example, several corporate name changes to avoid prior contractual obligations with IBO's; change of company officers by shifting from one family member to another, etc.)

Learning this, I then find out that Tay admitted to my ad rep that he sent the postcard to me 2 days AFTER learning of the charge back.

Letters to both Skip Bissett and Mike Angel have gone unanswered. Horizon refuses to refund any money due to the "authorization" I signed. The said authorization states NO specifics of an agreement whatsoever, due to these being done by phone from Horizon's office. All calls are recorded according to the rep, yet now I'm told they can send as many as they want, when they want, etc... Only in an attempt to show performance.

Horizon uses the broad, non-specific authorization form to bind them to nothing, yet totally disregards the very detailed verbal agreements made over the phone during their sales pitch.

With no answers given and no attempts to make this right, I've now contacted the US Dept. Of Justice, AZ attorney general's office, "The Troubleshooter - Tom Martino", BBB of Phoenix and a class action law firm. They are very interested in this case. The US Postal Inspection bureau will be my next contact, as well as Maricopa County attorney.

I'm now working with Jon from Oceanside, CA in an attempt to bury this scam outfit.
