They took $395.00 from me and I am unemployment as my job closed their doors. Ripoff

I called back later the same night and they would not refund my $395.00 as they did tell me that I could get a refund within the 12 months. I need that money as we are poor people. I believed every word they said then I realized that it was a rip-off company. Please help me to retrieve my $395.00 back. Thank You
