Noblestar Systems Inc. Pretending to be very serious company in IT sphere though people and companies who had to work with them already know that it is just a nice candy paper hiding big s*t.
Noblestar is claiming doing business in Europe not knowing what the business laws in each country are. Not paying to employees or employment companies working in US became daily issue.
The project in Lithuania has been stopped due to the fault of Noblestar Systems Inc. Who were trying to do everything the project to fail.
When it was so close to the end of the project Noblestar Systems Inc. Stopped the project and escaped from Lithuania not paying to the employees what they had to pay according to the laws of the country they were getting money from.
Noblestar Systems Inc. Is very not trusted partner in any business case - they claim they have best practises, great experience while they have nothing and just fooling people - when they see people are not that stupid, they escape.
Just a shame Reston to have such company in that area and shame on the people claiming themselves businessmen.
