I ordered the Spanish Lesson. When the lesson arrived, there was nothing stating that I had 10 days for review. I paid the shipping and handling and on Nov 1st my checking account was charged 69.95.
I have sent an email to Customer Service asking for a return address and return number. I have not receive it yet. All I received was a notice stating my account had been cancelled.
I want the refund of $69.95 returned to my account immediately.
I did not authorize this amount to be removed from my checking acsount only the shipping and handling charge
