I had $69.95 charged to my credit card in August. When I notified thecredit card company about this they said they would credit it back to me, but that I needed to contact the company. I have tried numerous times to call them but each time I am told to leave a message and they would get back with me.
Then on September 8 my credit card was charged again by the same company but this time it was for $79.95.
I contacted my credit card company on October 3 again and now they are going to file a dispute on my behalf but will not being giving me a refund at this time.
I cannot believe people would steal from other people that do work hard for their money.
I hope by writing this letter, I will be able to get some results.
