Stout and TNT trailers took $5872 from my brother for production of a trailer that was to be built specifically for carrying his oxygen equipment. He was waiting on a lung transplant. I made the trip to Cumberland and got the run around. He has now closed the Cumberland and moved to Blackstone. Of course that was as of last week. Thanks to the others that have left information here because I will try to contact the proper officials and maybe see if Stout can find a new home behind bars... Hope they throw away the key! It is a shame that he has gotten by with stealing so much money.
