Galleriausa - AOL - privacymatters
Ripoff I purchased a 1 year renewal to a Marine TWS website for $15.00, Galleria and privacymatters debitted my account for the same amount without my knowledge or authorization. I wish to be made whole

On January 15, I renewed my membership to the Marine Corps "TogetherWeServed.com" website for one year for $14.95. I recieved a confirmination and approval over the internet on January 18th, stating that my membership was good unitl January 18.

A check of my account on January 21st showed two (2) additional debits from my account of $14.95 each. One from AP9*PRIVACYMATTERS and another from AP9*GALLERIAUSA. All three (3) debits were on the same day. Only "TWS" was authorized.

I contacted "TWS" thinking they debited my account 3 times, they assured me that they recieved only one payment. I contacted my bank and was given a Transaction History report which shows these unauthorized funds and where they went.

I wish to have these funds refunded now because they are creating an overdraft on my account costing me a great deal in delinquent fines.
