LVAAP - ripoff SCAM I won 3341006.00 but they want ME to pay 20.00 to them

I have received multiple letters in the mail 'swearing me to secrecy' that I have entered a sweepstakes and that my name has been chosen to win 3,341, 006.00, it lists other winners as well, Audrey Horton-CA, Maxie Gordon-SC, and David Latham-TX. It says that they have all collected their monies and my winnings are still uncollected, they want me to send in a cash, check or
money order for $20.00 made paable to LVAAP.
