Aka fdms stole $400 from my co. Bank account ripoff

FDMS was my company's credit card processing service and equipment, obtained through my local area bank. Upon obtaining more cost efficient services for my co.'s credit card processing services, I closed my account with FDMS. They mailed me labels, which I used to mail back their POS card processing equipment in excellent condition. They confirmed receipt of said equipment.

My next bank statement revealed that FDMS went into my company account without my or the bank's authorization and withdrew $400. Despite many phone calls and several written requests, they were completely unresponsive to me, and my bank's requests for a refund.

I've reported them to the BBB. Unfortunately the NY State Attorney General Office was unable to provide any assistance. There's no other way to describe this other than theft.
