Employed Kris Anderson to take family images and claim renewal on May-23 2008. Turned up ungroomed with spouse and boy. Extremely unprofessional. Required cost upfront and added on extra charges for items that were stated to be incorporated. I've yet to get some of my images and certainly will now be getting appropriate action. No pictures were matched or presented and configurations on-camera grabbed all of the incorrect illumination and shadows. There's practically nothing skilled about Kris Anderson and if you don't desire to be excessively dissatisfied and also have this type of special day totally damaged stay far-far away.
