Bought Grass to be shipped on Saturday May 26. Mentioned I needed it within the AM when I had a scheduled appointment within the morning. I had been guaranteed it'd be shipped before 10 AM, no body confirmed. I named and was informed that it'd be shipped before 12:00. At 1 PM I named to stop the purchase. They apologized and questioned basically want to reschedule the shipping, against my better reasoning I offered them another opportunity, and stated I'd like clean Grass shipped on that Wednesday. Sixty sheets of Grass were shipped on Tuesday. The Grass obtained was aged and turning brown. I named and Gayle explained the Grass was obtained that Sunday and installing around until Wednesday, she was sorry which that Denny might allow it to be right, he was routine to come quickly to my home that night to provide me a quotation on a backyard fire. He never turned up. I called again and planned to satisfy him at my home on that Friday, this time around I obtained a phone he was working late and want to reschedule for Friday evening. Friday evening he was a no-show again. I named and remaining voice-mail that I had been really upset. Gayle called back and stated he'd come by Sunday at around 6 PM. Again he was a currently display. It seems that Denny is extremely unreliable and it has not a problem with providing aged item to clients. I'd highly recommend to consider your company elsewhere.
