Expensive Amerigas,

You actually have to handle your Gualala CA workplace greater. The supervisor, Joe, must be along with issues and never feign ignorance or attempt to blame the client when issues occur. I've been an Amerigas client in the above target for 12 years. Previously 12 weeks, I've 'dropped between your breaks' on 3 events.

Issue:

Third-time in one single year they've quit my holiday rental without gas. I've returned 1425.00 to my clients due to Amerigas. Yes, $1425.00 lost income nights, returned nights, additional cleanup costs where everyone was not planned and purchasing them a warm dinner in an area institution to exhibit them I actually do worry about their convenience on holiday. (3 times at 333.00 each, plus 2 cleanings put into the routine without any revenue for that replaced house, 250.00: Giving the truly angry group of 5 in a nearby cafe once they couldn’t cook 125.00 and also the ultimate 51.00 giving the household of 3 in Feb. Humorous how they managed to get regular from November to May without my contacting them... But have missed me for that previous a few months. He explained "it's all computer-generated" Oh? Then why the miss??? He'd no explanation….

I've 4 additional leases and also have ready up with Kemgas on car-load with auto spend, I’ve NEVER had actually ONE issue with Kemgas. Joe couldn't provide a reason for that missed Amerigas deliveries or did he provide to pay the tenants or me…. All he might want to do was inform me he's never heard about his department having ANY problems, not to mention OUR previous problems. I recommended that as SUPERVISOR, he must have regular TEAM CONFERENCES AND HAVE his workers if there has been any issues or issues with clients previously week…. OBVIOULSY his TEAM doesn't keep him educated.

So…. Guess these tenants simply obtained a eveningis reimbursement on my cent... AGAIN!!! When I can't afford to maintain refunding cash to paying visitors since AMERIGAS can’t appear to obtain the PC to create an for SHIPPING to my house on the TRUSTED foundation... I approached Kemgas (who support my additional tanks) and have provided them-this consideration likewise. Joe did not appear to care one iota he was dropping a person. Good way to complete business Amerigas. I'll be performing my better to distribute the term locally that the Gualala workplace does not provide a darn about its spending clients.

Within this economy, no-one can manage an unhappy customer... I sure cannot... Because they may keep negative suggestions for my rental (s) which might influence my future profits. Therefore, without a doubt, I fold over backwards to ensure folks experience handled nicely by my company.

Speculate Amerigas is SOOOOOO LARGE, you simply do not worry about personal balances??? That's the purpose of watch I had been distributed by your Gualala office….

Truly Amerigas? You care not for the clients and what YOUR errors charge us???
