First of all, they do not have a phone number. That should have been my first concern. The only way to communicate is through some type of web chat.
The refrigerator filter that I ordered was not adequately explained in the description and it turns out that it did not have the filtration system that I wanted. They would not take these filters back until I first ordered something else.
After reading the posts all over the internet about the bad business dealings of Appliance Zone, I decided to take the hit and keep the filters and go promptly back to ordering from another company.
I certainly wish that I had read the reviews first and I never would have found myself in this situation. Do yourselves a huge favor and stay away from this company. They do not deserve your business when there are so many companies out there with wonderful customer service.
