The salesman was rude and condescending. He created improper remarks about our revenue, questioned why we didnot have Dunkin' Donuts for him when he appeared, requested us in the future out towards the shop to be given numbers and also to "provide meal for him whenever we emerged", subsequently didnot have numbers upset for all of US.informed us they "MIGHT" substitute particular areas of the windows that people were requesting to become changed, but they weren't likely to "problem themselves with such insignificant function" which if we desired to conduct business together, "we'd no option but to gut the present windows and substitute them with brand new types". He also believed to us, "I can not think you'd me come completely out to your residence just for 6 windows" (the journey was just 3 kilometers, but improper for him to express that anyway). Subsequently informed people it'd charge nearly $10,000. Oo to displace the windows in my own home ($1200 for every little screen and $1500 for every large one) and stated, "Oh wait. I actually donot believe that incorporated work" After I told him "For THAT cost it'd better contain installment" he considered me and stated, "Well I suppose we are done then".
I shook his palm and quit the shop. Lord! Was I pissed. I have never been handled thus rudely with this type of total insufficient regard than I was that evening.
If you reside in the Cincinnati region, avoid GILKEY WINDOWS until you do not worry about investing waaaaay a lot of cash and getting the sales agents handle you like SH*T when they don't believe they are able to create anything from you. Leader and Operator Mike Gilkey and his boy Vince, clearly DO NOT CARE how their clients are handled, or they'dnot utilize people like Chuck Haas like a salesman.
OH AND INCIDENTALLY... CHUCK HAAS isn't merely a salesman for that organization - HE IS ACTUALLY A MANAGER FOR THEM. Could you envision?
