Property Masters of America, claims "is a professional, full-service real estate & property management firm" My personal experience with the Arizona Headquarters has been nothing short of criminal! Investor beware: they do NOT follow through with making repairs; they do NOT document repairs; they DO NOT do credit checks on tenants; they DO NOT fulfill their promise regarding "guaranteed rent"; they DO NOT protect your investment; they DO NOT adhere to any professional standards.
What do they deliver? They DO ALLOW criminals, unemployeed and homeless people to occupy YOUR investment property. The do lie to you. They DO completely disregard your requests for assistance; They DO disregard all Home Owner Association Rules costing you hundreds of dollars in HOA fees; they DO allow your investment property to look like a homeless shelter.
They DO laugh all the way to the bank with YOUR money. This has resulted in $100,000 in net losses to me personally in EIGHT MONTHS of: eviction legal fees, property repairs, bounced rent checks, no rental income, and I cannot put a dollar figure on the emotional stress, headaches and frustration they have caused me.
They have UNRESOLVED Better Business Bureau complaints, they have UNRESOLVED Bad Business Complaints, and they are STEALING investors monies.
