HAMMOND|The boy of the founding father of house decorating purchasing membership company DirectBuy is suing the Merrillville-based firm's guardian team over supposed age discrimination, blaming DirectBuyis corporate guardian of depriving him of $900,000 in annual pay when he was allegedly compelled to retire at age 53.
