I found an ad in the paper for inexpensive carpet cleaning and called. The girl that answered the phone were extremely short with me. No thank you's or have a nice day's. The technician that came out was very friendly and gave me some freebies, but it still cost me $65 more than I budgeted for. After the carpet dried, I vacuumed and I pulled up a ton of dirt and the spots that were there before the cleaning showed up again. I called and spoke to someone that said that they would send a manager out to reclean. Again, very short and hung up without even saying good bye. They came back today, and I'm sorry but if he was a manager then I'm the Queen of England. Again, very nice guy but obviously not a manager. Showed up in a 10 year old, beat up van that didn't even have their logo on it. He recleaned the area in about 15mins and said, what do you think? I said, well what do you think? And got a 'this should be good' speech. The carpet is still wet so we'll see when it dries. I certainly will not use them again if only for the crappy customer service of the people answering the phones.
