I had a bad experience. I bought a 2005 Neon... It was considered NEW. After I got the keys to the car, I noticed that the paint was scratched and there were empty snack bags under the front seats. This care looked used. When I talked to them about it, I was told that it was NEW is a very rude manner. When I got my "How did we do" letter from Dodge, I wrote what happened. 2 Days later I got a call form the online sales manager chewing me out for not coming to him first. I did go to him and he didn't do anything about my concern. They tried to buff the scratches, but they didn't all come out... And I was stuck with a NEW car that was not new... And I paid full price. I have bought 2 cars here and was not happy either time.
