I wanted the basic $10 TV offer but after I got my credit card statement, it had been boosted to $69.
I contacted the credit card dispute rep and we talked conference to the Gardener's Choice customer service representative.
The Gardener's Choice customer service rep accepted the deal:
(1) I refuse the shipment
(2) I get the entire amount refunded
Now the refused shipment has disappeared. I suspect the company handled the scanning process and dropped my refused shipment.
It reached Michigan on 15 April and tracking shows no further information.
