David Grant and Cardinal Aquapure installed a water filtration system that was malfunctioning within the first few weeks of installation. Dave Grant supposedly "tested" our water in order to make a recommendation for what we should install. This included "upgrades" to sediment filter and UV filter that cost thousands of dollars. We do not know anything about water filtration systems and trusted their choices completely.
They failed for months to determine why their equipment did not function as it should, but did nothing to repair or replace it. Now, the UV filter, which is there for our safety (we have coliform in our well water) is not working AT ALL, they refuse to repair or replace it unless we pay for it.
They claim that we have too MUCH sand in our water and that is why the water system doesn't work. They supposedly "tested" our water, but we saw their employee scoop excess sand into their "sample".
They are trying to put the responsibility of repair or replacement on the WELL COMPANY they recommended we hire or on US. Not where it should be. They are NOT Consumer oriented.
In the meantime, my 5 year old and 1 year old are having vomiting spells, despite our only giving them clean water, after all they still bathe in the coliform infested water. I cannot control what they absorb in their skin or accidentally get in their mouth.
We tried the Better Business Bureau. They closed the case as satisfied. All Cardinal Aquapure wants to do is get more tests. Their UV Filter equipment, FAILED to WORK. It is endangering me and my family and for MONTHS now they have refused to fix or replace it, they want to instead somehow prove that we are wrong.
Apparently wrong for trusting them as a company to provide functioning equipment in exchange for the $11k we paid for it.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you are thinking of using them, think twice.
