On a personal level, he will tell you anything that you want to hear. He keeps several women on the string at all times, lies and cheats on them and then disappears with their money, personal belongings and their hearts. He is a snake, a cheater, a lier, a con artist.
Do not trust him to complete any business transactions. He will not honor his word.
