Returned a $36.00 showerhead via insured mail to highpressureshowerheads.com on 9/22/07 and never received a refund. Repeated correspondence by the Better Business Bureau and me have gone unanswered.
Original purchase was made via PayPal. However, PayPal has not honored its buyer protection policy even though I filed a compliant with PayPal and provided proof of insured mail.
If you do business with highpressureshowerheads using PayPal, be prepared to be ripped-off and don't expect any help from PayPal.
