We ordered our Fleetwood Home from a dealer in Missouri and should have know then not to proceed. We were told our home would be warranted against defects. The roof has broken and bowed rafters, the carpet had to be replaced, doors and windows do not fit properly, walls that are too high and causing more problems with the roof, dropped ceilng panels, rusting light fixtures, damaged sink drain, grout that has been replaced once and continues to crack and fall out, spaces between inside and outside walls, bowed floors, wrinkling carpet due to not being installed properly and just stapled along the walls, leak in roof when flange around chimney was installed improperly, rude and abusive workmen. We have had a oparade of workmen sent by Fleetwood and Coachman Homes (retailer) some yelled at me and cursed at me and some just refused to do the work they were sent to do. We have complained to our state attoirney general and they won;t help individuals, we have complained to Fleetwood, Coachman and the PSC. Waste of time. The PSC protects the manufacturer and retailer. This retailer had already been cited for infractions. We have been ignored. THey got our money and POOF! We even have forged sales documents.
