Charles Andrew "Andy" Hames, local "businessman" in Trion/Summerville, GA area fraudulently sells his filthy, rundown, unsafe, mouse-infested money pit of a home on 8.6 acres which he advertised as a beautiful log home on 12 acres. The "dwelling" violates every building code known to man.
He then hides behind his wife and son when confronted about it. Will not return phone calls or discuss how to compensate for loss to the buyers. He continues to sell other pieces of over estimated acreage in the area to unsuspecting victims.
This man runs a local machine shop called Hames Industrial. One wonders how much confidence any of his customers could have in his business when he is so incredibly dishonest and cowardly in his personal life. Hames family membersalso have a criminal history, all available in public records.
