On April 14 i gave a check to Heber d. Toala for $3259.94 as a downpayment so his company Allstates Roofing Company could repair the roof of my house. But they never fixed it.
I called Heber many times and every time he answer he said "i have no work order for you".
I told him that i could send him a copy of the work order, but his reply was i'll call you later".
He never called me back. I went to the office several times but it was always closed. I kept calling him but would always get the same answer, "i will call you back in an hour".
On March 9 i went to his office and finally he was there, i told him that i got tire of waiting for his call and asked him for my money back. We talked and i thought that everything was finally gonna get settled. He told me that he didn't have a copy of the work order, but that there was several offices that it could of been misplaced. He told me he would call me later. He did call to ask me to send him a copy of he work order, so i did. Then said he would have to contact his accountant to fix the situation and that he would call me back the next day. He never called me back. I called him many times until he answer, but he said "i can't talk i'am on top of a roof and i don't want to fall. I will call you back tomorrow." Never called me back. So i filed a suit against him and his company.
