Let me assure anyone that may have any doubts about Coastal Buildings, Michael Berger or Josette Cook. They are absolutely criminals!!! Do not do business with them!!! I only wish someone had warned me. I'm asking everyone that has been ripped off to spread the word. Take the time to run an add in your local classifieds warning of them. These people prey on uninformed honest people so lets spread the word to let people know. I'm not sure what kind of idiot is on here defending these people but I assure everyone they are criminals, I know because I fell victim to the scam.
They will get as much money from you up front to "purchase materials" or "pay labor" then Micheal Berger will have a million excuses for the construction delays until one day just disappearing. Let me show everyone my shop constructed by Coastal Buildings and Michael Berger, from speaking to others that were taking advantage of and the Jackson County Sheriff Department I'm lucky to have gotten this much.
The bright side of this is; Its not a matter of "if" they will get what they deserve but "when".
