I paid $59.99 for renewel of my Norton (Symantec) Web protection plan on12-17-08. I never was guarded which compony maintained looking to get me to purchase exactly the same plan that I simply taken care of for month on-end. Our infections on my pc got so poor, that i eventually needed to buy another safety (webroot). 6 hours about the phone along with a dryrun to somebody elses pc later, I had been ultimately ready to make use of my pc again, simply to get my emails. And of course $53.00 for that new plan plus $32.00 for specialized specific help. Never again. I love to obtain my $59.99 back obviously. Simply attempt to get somebody about the telephone!
