On March 30 I was mislead that Puppy City had in their store 3 pure white tea cup Maltese puppies with no markings. I spoke to the Manager who's name is Emanuel. I called him March 28 and told him that if they were pure white I would be there on Saturday the 30th. I called that morning and was ...
