I paid $4,415.50 for granite countertops that were never installed. They closed their business 12/19/08. I need all of my money returned

I placed a granite countertop order with Rock Tops Granite 12/6/08 and increased the order to include more pieces on 12/7/08, paid 50% deposited as required... Paid with check.
