The adp money network card is a rip off. Every time i use my card i get charged some kind of FEE... Weather i get gas or buy some food at mcdonalds i get a PIN POS Purchase Fee, atm withdrawal fee, ATM Decline Fee, trying to figure out why i was being declined i got hit with a ATM Balance Inquiry ...
