I spoke with Cheryl King at Focus Receivables Management at 678-228-3443 on 10/06/08 and was told that my account from At & T would be paid in full if I made a partial pmt. Of $416.00. I made the payment with my credit card over the phone on this day, but for some reason it did not go through. ...
