Money order in amount of $55.91 damaged by Post Office. Returned to IPS - received replacement for $40.91. Spoke w/Millie (#2543) - very rude & belligerent. Very irresponsible & apathetc way to do business
On 1/17/09, I purchased a Money Order from Discount Drug Mart in the amount of $55.91. That money order was cut in half by the post office. The bottom half was returned to me - the other half was mailed to the intended recipient (how incompetent is that)? A few days later, I received that half back ...
