Total ripoff
On Chrismas I received a $25.00 vanilla visa as a gift. On 11/01 I was told this card is now only worth $15.00 due to monthly "maintenance fees" It's not fair to loose approx. $1.00 per month for not using the card and the govenment should stop this proceedure. Robert, East Stroudsburg, ...
