I'm a customer of Hughesnet outside of US in the Carribean. I have the same problem with the "FAIR ACCES POLICY" application. Every time I use the net to look at some video on Youtube more than 30 minutes, sometimes only to update Windows my Internet is shutoff by DirecWay for 24 hours, ...
