Delivery persons has a very LOUD car. Wakes me up every morning between 3:30 & 4:30 am. SUCKS!!! This is not the first loud car driven by a delivery person, nor the first issue. Some play their radio loud, some throw the paper on to the cement rather then put the paper in the paper holder. ...
