Rich Durbin Mr. Tire cracked my rim removing a tire and refused to replace it. Te manager ordered us off te premises with a 3 wheeled car and refused to do any more work to it. We had to have the car towed away
I called Mr. Tire on Sept. 8, to see if they could replace a flat tire. They said that they would have the tire by the next day. We took the car to the shop, but they could not get the old tire off of the rim. We were told to leave it and it would be taken to another shop with the right equipment. ...
