I contracted these guys for a local move (20 minutes) from a 3-BR apt. The rate was originally quoted as $90/hr rate with no minimum hrs. I asked them about Piano moving or extra charges for it but got only very ambiguous answer. At pickup they insisted on extra $400 for Piano. I would have been ok ...
