I was out of town and had a tenant without heat. We caled A-1 Services to repair the gas boiler. The only problem was a burned out thermocouple ($about $5 at HD and maybe 10minutes to replace). I was charged a total of $250 for this service! $225 for labor and $25 for the thermocouple. I was ...
