We bought a cell phone, and a 2 year contract. Our first bill was overcharged by $50.00. Our second bill was overcharged by $100.00. The sad part is everytime we called the customer hotline, the representatives were rude, and had no clue on how to do their jobs. Also, we got a different story ...
