I found a charge for $59.78 on my Aug crdit card statement for "long distance service" I never ordered. Checking back I found 4 previous charges for $59.78 and one for $59.71. Charges appeared on some months and not on others, and used the two names: WQ Long Distance and QX Phone Card. ...
