Netzero United Online charged me for a free month of service, then refused to refund my money ripoff
I signed up for the free month of service with Netzero on 7-9-06 and called to cancel on 8-8-06. On 8-10-06 I was charged, via my debit card, 14.95 for the internet service and 4.95 for canceling the family pack for a total of 21.85. I don't even know what the "family pack" is. I called ...
